No we do not require that you be home while we are doing our work. Just need to arrange for access to the areas we are painting so we can get our work accomplished. Many people even plan trips while we paint and can return to a completely finished paint job! We make always make sure to lock up and tidy up before we leave your home or business.
Yes, you can make changes to the scope of the project. We have always allowed our customers to make changes as the job progresses. However, all changes must be approved and signed off on by the client to ensure that they are properly recorded and additional charges may be applicable. If the time-frame allocated does not allow for us to do the extra work, it may need to be rescheduled to a later time-slot, however we will do our best to meet your needs.
We will come and do an estimate for you, once you book we will then discuss with you when is the best time frame for us to come and paint. We can’t control the weather, but we do our best to start during your requested time. If for whatever reason the weather pushes us back we will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know.
We can always accommodate a time that is convenient for you, so just let us know when is best.
We require paint colours at the beginning of the job and if you need help with colour consultation then we can meet before hand
